"Sovereign" has become an empty marketing word, stuck onto any offer. We prefer to tell you precisely where your data runs — and what we cannot claim. That transparency is our pitch.

What we can claim
- Every offer is hosted in the European Union, GDPR-bound.
- No data is stored in the US or with a provider subject to US law.
- Managed offers run on our physical hardware in France.
- Our analytics are first-party, cookieless, with no transfer to a third party.
- Crypto payment goes through no financial intermediary.
What we will never claim
- That our resold VPS are "sovereign": they are Hetzner machines, a German company.
- To be SecNumCloud or "trusted cloud" certified: we are not.
- To be a "100% French alternative" when part of the infrastructure sits in Germany or Finland.
Why non-US is often enough
For the vast majority of needs — a website, a game server, backups, a team SaaS — the real question is not "is it in France?" but "who can legally demand my data?". European infrastructure with no US legal ties puts your data out of reach of the Cloud Act. Concrete, verifiable, and it requires no label.

Are your VPS "sovereign"?
No, and we will not claim it. Our VPS and dedicated servers are provisioned at Hetzner, a German company, in data centers in Germany and Finland. That is European hosting, GDPR-bound and out of direct reach of the US Cloud Act — but it is neither "certified sovereign" nor SecNumCloud.
What is actually hosted in France?
Our managed offers — web hosting, WordPress, Minecraft servers, managed SaaS — run on our own physical hardware in France. For those, "hosted in France" is accurate.
What is the Cloud Act, and why does it matter?
The Cloud Act (2018) lets US authorities compel a company subject to US law to hand over data, even when stored in Europe. A European host with no US legal ties escapes it. That is the main argument for non-US infrastructure.
Do you use sub-processors?
Yes: Hetzner (Germany) for VPS/dedicated/storage infrastructure, and Stripe for card payments. They are listed in our privacy policy and DPA. Crypto payments go through no third party: they reach our wallets directly.
